Mr. Cabanos is Partner, Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Westwood Capital, LLC, a New York City-based investment bank and fund sponsor. He oversees the legal aspects of the firm, including investment transactions, private equity funds and firm operations.

Prior to joining Westwood Capital in 2005, Mr. Cabanos was the Chief Financial Officer and General Counsel for First Albany’s Technology Ventures. He also was a Senior Vice President of Consulting for SEFCU and VP of First Albany Corporation.

He received the Outstanding Young Alumni Award at Albany Law in 2007. He was president of the National Alumni Association. While a student Mr. Cabanos was on the editorial board of the Journal of Science and Technology.

Keiki received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University.
