Podcasting/Digital Audio recording

 

Podcasts are a way to automatically download audio content to your personal computer or to your portable media player. Albany Law School has made available recordings of interesting and timely events happening here at the Law School. You can access all of the Albany Law School podcasts at: http://albanylaw.classcaster.net (RSS).

How to Listen to a Podcast:
Click on the podcast link (found on the web page indicated above.) The file will launch and you will be able to listen to it right on your computer.

You can also download it onto your computer. On a PC, right-click on the podcast link and choose "Save Target As..." Save this file to anywhere on your hard drive. On a Mac, click the link and choose "Download Linked File" and save the file to anywhere on your hard drive.

To listen to the podcast on your portable media player, download the podcast file, saving the file to wherever you save files in order to get them to sync with your portable player. This will be the same place that you save your music to for syncing with your portable player.
