I hope to work with underserved and disenfranchised populations, combining the area of social work and law. I also have an interest in working in Family law, particularly in the fields of child welfare and adoption.
Thus far, my most meaningful experiences have included beginning to build positive relationships with classmates and staff, such as my adviser, and having the opportunity to try new things, such as Women's Rugby.
Prospective students should know that Albany Law is an encouraging educational community, that provides countless opportunities for professional and personal growth. All of the students are connected and provide each other with support and encouragement, and the strong alumni connections are invaluable for mentorship and internship opportunities.
I chose Albany Law for many reasons including the small and "family like" class sizes, accessible and friendly professors and staff, opportunities for scholarships, wide variety of extracurricular activities, and the positive experience with Admissions.
