Robert B. Stiles '76

Bob Stiles was Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Bausch & Lomb Inc. from 1997 to 2007, where he was a member of the company's Management Committee and also served as the company's Chief Compliance Officer. Prior to 1997 he was Assistant General Counsel. Before joining Bausch & Lomb, Bob was a corporate attorney at Nixon Peabody LLP. Since retiring from Bausch &Lomb, he has consulted on resolution of complex litigation and continues to serve on several not-for-profit boards, including Albany Law School's Board of Trustees and the Hillside Family of Agencies. Previous not-for-profit board service includes the Seneca Zoo Society, the Landmark Society of Western New York and the Memorial Art Gallery, all located in Rochester, N.Y.

Bob received a B.A. from Hamilton College and a J.D. cum laude from Albany Law School.​
