Paul Harding has been with Martin Harding and Mazzotti since its founding in 1994. The firm represents clients who have been wrongfully injured because of negligence. Under Paul's management, the firm has expanded its practice beyond the Capital Region to NYC, Vermont, Massachusetts, Northern and Western New York. In addition, Paul hosts a weekly radio show on PYX106.
In 2006, Paul was appointed to serve on New York State's Commission on Judicial Conduct by the State's Assembly Minority Leader. As a commission member, he is 1 of 11 members throughout New York State who reviews written complaints of misconduct against judges. The Commission is the governing body that decides whether disciplinary actions are warranted and is responsible for the imposition of sanctions for judicial misconduct.
Paul attended the State University of New York Oswego majoring in English and Public Justice. He graduated from Albany Law School and shortly thereafter was admitted to practice law in New York State and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. He is also admitted to practice law in Washington, D.C. and New Hampshire. Paul serves on the board of The Legal Project and chairs several fundraising galas throughout the Capital Region.
