Mr. Schwitter is a Partner with Allen & Overy LLP in New York, NY, where he is Chair of A&O’s US private equity practice and has a diversified practice covering mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities law, and he is a recognized long-standing leader in the US debt capital markets.
Bill served as Note & Comment Editor for the Albany Law Review, Vol. 47 and as a member of the Albany Law Review, Vol. 46. He also served on the Albany Law School Dean’s Leadership Council and regularly attends alumni events in the Capital District and Metro New York area.
Bill received his undergraduate degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
