Mr. Redding is a partner in the firm Roemer Wallens Gold
& Mineaux LLP. He has successfully litigated in trial courts throughout the
State and has prevailed in appellate arguments before the Appellate Division
and the Court of Appeals. He has also
successfully litigated in Federal District Courts and the Second Circuit Court
of Appeals. Mr. Redding practices
extensively in administrative hearings, arbitration, disciplinary and other
administrative proceedings as a member of the Labor and Employment Group. Prior to entering private practice, Mr.
Redding was an Assistant District Attorney in St. Lawrence County and a New
York Assistant Attorney General in the Division of State Counsel.
As a student Mr. Redding was on the editorial board of the Journal of Science and Technology.
Earl received his undergraduate degree from Gettysburg College.
